Amateur sport also has appeal - whether jogging on the bank of the Main, rowing, ice hockey or basketball - more than 400 sport clubs provide for a rich fitness programme and there are city sporting events throughout the year, like Iron Man, the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge or the International Dragon Boat Race.
